Library Endowment

The American Educational Trust Library Endowment is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in Washington, DC.

The Library Endowment provides subscriptions to the Washington Report on Middle East Affairs and quality Middle East-related books to libraries across the United States and Canada.

Currently more than 3,200 libraries receive the Washington Report, the majority of subscriptions being donated by the magazine's subscribers through the AET Library Endowment.

In conjunction with the Library Endowment, the AET Book Club offers a 10-title package of books and monographs and a subscription to the Washington Report that can be donated to libraries at a fraction of the list price of the individual titles.

Note: You can request books, but there is no guarantee you will receive specific titles.

Individuals who would like to donate a library package can do so by donating a $29 one-year gift subscription to the Washington Report. All donations to the AET Library Endowment are fully tax-deductible and qualify for matching contributions by employers who match donations made by their employees.

Donations can be made to specific libraries, provided the library agrees to put the magazine and books in general circulation. General donations also can be made directly to the AET Library Endowment (federal tax ID# 52-1460362).

These donations fund the Library Endowment's growing list of libraries who have requested the book packages, and help defray the cost of renewing previously donated one-year subscriptions to the Washington Report.
