Why Use this Deck?

Many people are not aware of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Awakening to our inalienable rights can shift consciousness and build psychic energy for human rights. This deck is a fun way to help you and your friends gain a deeper understanding of your place in history and think about the importance of human rights for you and everyone in the world. 

White cards have information and activities to make these rights come alive. The Articles in the UDHR are color-coded by category. New rights not imagined in 1948 written in blue ink have been added.  

Before reading the color cards do Activity 1- Recognizing Your Inalienable Rights to discover your own sense of human rights.   

The language used in these cards was synthesized from several versions - official, simplified, and kids versions.
