International Shipping: Books and videos: Please add $9.00 for the first item and $3.50 for each additional item. CDs and DVDs: Please add $7.50 for the first disk and $2.00 for each additional disk.  We ship by USPS Global Priority Mail when applicable.  We ship by Surface Post to non-GPM countries.

Domestic Shipping

How are items shipped?  The AET Bookclub will ship orders with USPS First Class Mail when possible.  If the shipping costs are above the cost of USPS First Class Mail, the Bookclub will ship the order USPS Bulk Mail.  Other services, including UPS, Fed-Ex and delivery confirmation are available upon request.

How are shipping costs calculated? We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus additional, smaller fees for each item in that shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the order form, before you submit your order. Here is the equation we use to calculate the total shipping cost:
(Highest Applicable Per-Shipment Cost) + (All Per-Item Costs) = Total Shipping Fee

How long will it take to get the order?  USPS First Class Mail usually arrives in 3-5 business days.  UPSP Bulk Mail usually arrives in 4-10 business days.
If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add an additional 1 to 2 days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Please remember to place a timely order if you are placing a holiday order.  There will be an additional 2-4 day extension for orders placed near peak holiday seasons.

International Shipping

Imports and Customs: Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.  You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from the AET Bookclub, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
